London 2025, Day 5: Macbeth in Stratford-upon-Avon
We took the train to Stratford-upon-Avon. Breakfast at The Fourteas meant a full English, lots of tea, and wartime propaganda in the décor. The little tea room was cozy and yummy, with especially good mushrooms and potato hash browns.
At the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Other Place, we saw Macbeth set in a 1970s/80s Glasgow. Sam Heughan—Jamie from Outlander—played Macbeth. Then we took the train back to London and had dinner at the hotel.
